We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 12577916, and our registered office is The Old Plough, Bagstone Road, Bagstone, Wotton-Under-Edge, GL12 8BD. We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC204688. For anything about your information, email hello@vibetend.com.

This notice covers this website and enquiries to us. When we work on a client’s systems, our terms of business explain how we handle the personal data in them.

What we collect

This website has no contact form and no accounts, and we don’t buy marketing lists.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who can see it

This website is hosted by DigitalOcean on servers in London. Our email is handled by our email provider. We use these companies to run our business and they act on our instructions. We don’t sell your information. Where a provider handles information outside the UK, we rely on the legal safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We delete the log of visits after 14 days, and keep server error logs for about two months at most. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them with our business records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set any cookies, and it doesn’t put analytics or advertising trackers in your browser. We count visits only from the server log described above. If that changes, we’ll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please email us at hello@vibetend.com with the word “complaint” in the subject. We’ll acknowledge it within 30 days and respond without undue delay. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
