What helps us to know
There’s no need to prepare anything, and you don’t need any technical words. A few lines on these would be a great start:
- What the system does, and who uses it.
- What it was built with, if you know, and who built it.
- Whether it holds customer or staff details.
- What’s worrying you, or what prompted you to get in touch.
Please don’t email passwords or anything sensitive. We’ll agree a safe way to deal with that if we go ahead.
What happens next
We’ll have a short conversation about your system. If an audit makes sense, we’ll send you the scope and the price in writing, under our terms of business. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you, and suggest what might suit you better.
If you think your data is exposed right now, say so in the subject line and we’ll look at it first.
