A support address with a quick response

At the moment, "support" probably means interrupting the person who built it. There's a better way.

How it works

Your whole team gets one address for anything to do with the system. “I can’t sign in.” “This price looks wrong.” “How do I add a new starter?” It reaches people who know your system, and you get a quick, useful answer.

What you get

  • One address for the whole team.
  • A quick first reply, then either a fix or a clear next step. We’ll agree the response time with you.
  • Every request logged, so nothing gets lost and you can see what keeps coming up.

Why it helps

Every question that lands on the person who built the system pulls them away from their real job. Nobody keeps a record of those interruptions, so nobody sees the pattern. A support log turns them into useful information: if ten people ask the same thing, that screen needs fixing.

Questions

Who can use it?

Anyone in your team. We can also agree whether your customers’ questions come to us or stay with you.

Do we need the other services as well?

No. Each service stands on its own, though it works best once we know your system well, and that usually starts with an audit.
